 From the beginning of it's foundation in 1988 BG&M has strived to stay atop of the ever changing Gauge Design and High Tolerance machining market.  There are many CAD programs available in the world market today and with these programs come sophisticated parts, designs, and assemblies. In keeping with many of these advances, we have been able to stay one step ahead of the competition.  We are all about a continual improvement in these areas to help maintain our data compatibility with just about all media formats.

pro ePro/Engineer

     Pro/Engineer is one of the most powerful CAD/CAM software programs available on the market.  With this software and our experienced Engineers, we can design and manufacture  anything.  Whether it is a gauge you need, or if you are thinking about prototype work, we can build, design, or re-design any idea.

 

solidworksSolidworks

     Solidworks is yet another powerful CAD/CAM modeling program that has aided in the production of many of our projects.  With this and all other CAD software, we can attack and accomplish any project that you might need completed.

autocadAutoCAD 2000

     In keeping with the industry, AutoCAD has become a popular/standard software program for many 2D drawings.  We keep an up to date copy of AutoCAD 2000 so we do not loose any compatibility with our customers.

     With DpEsprit Technology, BG&M can quickly write and post a NC POST program to any of our CNC Machines for rapid production directly from a single file format.  While in the manufacturing stages, we can use the data directly from our Engineers to machine and manufacture the finished product thereby potentially eliminating all "manual programming" errors.

   After we have completed a gauge and/or any other product we have manufactured or modified, we can certify that product using our CMM machine along with software from Brown & Sharpe called PcDMIS.  This radical software used with our CMM can accurately measure to +/- .003 mm.  So, if you are needing certification or if you need a part scanned,we offer those services too.
